Attorney Fees

WHETHER YOU WANT TO START A BUSINESS, OR YOU ARE ALREADY OPERATING A BUSINESS, YOU NEED TO KNOW HOW MUCH LEGAL SERVICES WILL COST.

We offer flat fee services, and when the work is less predictable, we bill clients at an hourly rate. For example, we regularly draft and review business contracts, such as leases, employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, licenses, distributor agreements, nondisclosure agreements, branding agreements, and joint venture agreements.

In every situation, before we begin any work, we ensure that you understand the full extent of the work that we will be engaged in so that you can decide whether it will be a worthwhile investment of your time and money.
